- Collaborating with a team of administrators to develop new curriculum templates.
- Efficiently inputting course information and additional data into our bespoke system.
- Creating and managing curriculum timetables.
- Handling incoming communications from course tutors.
- Addressing adhoc telephone queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proven administration experience.
- Strong data input skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Office 365.
- A positive and adaptable attitude towards work.
- Hybrid working with 2 days in the Leeds office (one of the office days will be Wednesday)
