Great career opportunity for an experienced Commercial / Contracts Manager, ideally with experience in the electrical service industry to join the team based in the Rugby office.
The company are experts in their field as a leading electrical contractor with installation, service and maintenance offerings on both LV and HV systems.
As the Commercial / Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for :Understanding and agreeing contract T&Cs
Identifying potential project risks at tender stages
Ensuring T&C`s are understood by Project teams and followed
Provide technical assistance on Contract Administration
Working with Sales and Project teams to assist in preparation of bid responses
Support Business Managers with P&L, budget, and overall commercial responsibility of projects
Support project teams with the management of costs and risks to improve efficiency and increase project performances and profitability
Review compliance of project processes, and procedures to ensure good quality project delivery with high customer satisfaction

Required experience of Commercial / Contracts Manager
Proven commercial knowledge and experience, including contract terms and conditions, budgets and cost control
Ideally hold strong experience in the power generation sector (renewables, steam, gas, oil etc)
Proven experience in Project & Commercial Management
Commercial / legal qualifications would be advantageous.
