- You have experience of building high throughput systems with high availability
- You have commercial Golang experience and a background with backend software development
- You have a good knowledge of messaging technologies such as NSQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, ElasticSearch
- You have a good knowledge of databases - they use Postgres and Redis
- You are familiar with WebSockets
- You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills

Golang Developer / Software Engineer London / WFH to £90k
Are you a data savvy Golang Developer with real-time programming and messaging experience?
You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a scale-up FinTech that operates within the Cryptocurrency space as a market comparison and data provider.
As a Golang Developer you'll focus on backend systems and data pipelines that require high throughput to deal with thousands of messages per second from a range of external APIs with scalability in mind. You'll take ownership of key technology decisions, collaborate on code reviews and continually seek improvements; it's a small team so you'll be able to have a significant impact.
Location / WFH:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the London office once a month.
