    What you will do:

  • Create, review and optimize marketing emails, landing pages, dynamic content, and A/B testing
  • Design campaign workflows including validation rules, triggers, alerts, and automated responses
  • Maintain process workflow for campaign planning, lead scoring, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness including email and conversion metrics, down funnel attribution, and lead scoring
  • Help manage our database including list import cleanliness, data accuracy, segmentation, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws
  • Contribute to our knowledge base of processes and how-to docs
  • What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of experience related to operations or marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation and Salesforce
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Adaptable to new challenges
