Business & Marketing Operations Associate / £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus / London (Hybrid)

Overview:


My client, a leading technology platform whose services are used by 90% of the Fortune 500, are currently looking for a Business Operations Associate to join them on a permanent basis.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing a content management assistant platform
  • Delivery of reports and management of database and processes
  • Create marketing material including headlines/short texts/newsletters within agreed deadlines
  • Quality check reports prepublication
  • Manage the department inbox, take appropriate action with responses and queries
  • Support the senior leadership team with all matters including process improvement

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • 2+ years' experience within marketing and operations
  • Great customer service experience
  • Good communication skills and an eye of detail
  • Good Excel/Data and reporting skillset

Package:

- £40,000 - £45,000 basic + bonus
