- Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Program CNC machines using Fanuc to optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes, inspecting finished parts to guarantee precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support the overall success of the company.
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to program (Fanuc), set up, and operate CNC turning machines effectively.
- Experience in machining components for the aerospace and/or automotive would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
