- Lead and manage the Private Client department, overseeing a team of skilled lawyers and support staff.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services and exceptional client care.
- Handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, demonstrating expertise in areas such as wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging professional development and continuous learning.
- Implement and uphold the firm's values and commitment to excellence in legal services.
- Ideally a minimum 10 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Proven management and supervisory experience, showcasing leadership skills.
- Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
