    IHG Hotels & Resorts is one of the largest hotel companies in the world with a family of 19 brands including InterContinental, Holiday Inn, Kimpton and voco.

    The Role

    As the Brand Manager for Mainstream Brand hotels in Europe, your role involves brand management, growth support, and performance delivery. Working within the Mainstream Brand team, you'll ensure alignment with global brand strategy and regional growth plans while maintaining brand integrity.

    Your responsibilities include developing regional brand executions tailored to specific markets such as the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, etc. Collaborating closely with Europe divisional stakeholders and Global Brand teams, you'll lead project initiatives from inception to execution.

    Some of the key accountabilities include:


    • Developing and rolling out new concepts and innovations across Guest Experience (e.g., F&B, service, training) and Brand Design (e.g., guest room, public space, visual identity).


    • Partnering with Development and D&E to deliver system size growth.


    • Partnering with Commercial teams and Marketing Shared Services to drive brand preference and demand.

    What we need from you

    • Strong Brand Management or marketing experience acquired in dynamic service/consumer-led organisations.
    • Strong experience of operating in a global, multi brand environment.
    • Experience of working across pan-European geographies.
    • Strong project management expertise, especially in managing logistically complex programs.
    • Experience in analysing and interpreting research data on consumer preferences and market trends to determine brand standards and the evolution of the Mainstream Brands.
    • Experience in third party agency/supplier/vendor management.
    • Experience of managing a program budget desirable but not required.
    • Operational experience in a service branded environment.
