Job Purpose:
Working for this owner managed training provider, training is given for this industry
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls, screen and direct calls, taking messages
- Greet visitors entering the building
- Booking in training courses with delegates
- Postal duties
- Organise meetings
- Keeping database records for all students attending classes
Requirements for the role
- Must have admin experience and used Microsoft office
- Must have office experience and used to handling incoming phone calls
Salary and Benefits:
- To £19,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.30pm with 30 mins lunch
- 20 Days Holiday + Stats
- Free Parking

Up to £19,000.00 per year
