    Is this the role for you?

    This role leads all aspects of the performance marketing strategy and execution for Pluto TV and My5 digital marketing channels, and most excitingly, the planning and launch of a new brand combining these two brands into a single service. The roles core objectives are delivering new users, revenue, and overall acquisition efficiency targets for our streaming businesses. The role will oversee all performance marketing campaigns, reporting, forecasting and cross-campaign integration. The role reports to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing for the UK, and is a great fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of Marketing, Growth & Data

    What will you be doing?

    Develop and execute the Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Connected TV media strategy to grow our user base across Pluto TV, and My5
    Develop and execute the Performance Marketing launch strategy for the combined Pluto TV and My5 service
    Oversee and lead the wider performance marketing strategy and execution for Pluto TV working with the Brand campaign leads to deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns
    Be responsible for the supplier relationships with our media partners
    Assist and improve the forecasting process for Pluto TV acquisition and usage
    Delivering the growth goals around Users, CAC, LTV, funnel efficiency, Churn and ARPU.
    Plan, launch, and scale new acquisition channels, underpinned by robust measurement and attribution frameworks.
    Continuously optimise channel performance through test and learn strategies across targeting, audience, creative and user experience.
    Partner with the International team to develop the growth stack and analytics tools.
    Own and present to leadership KPIs around customer acquisition, cost per new customer, etc.

    What are we looking for?

    Requirements

    Vast in-house or agency experience in direct-to-consumer growth marketing, with known to work achieving goals.
    Hands on experience building and optimising digital marketing campaigns (both in-platform and third-party managed)
    Excellent data analysis skills, analytical mind, and curious/entrepreneurial mentality.
    Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills both with internal, and third-party suppliers
    Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery.
    Product expertise, leading development and partnering in execution of test plans, automation efforts, and maximising channel/communication impact.
    Great communication and presentation skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mentality and resilient spirit with experience navigating cross-functional organisations

    Preferred Skills

    Entertainment market experience.
    Knowledge of other performance marketing platforms (Social/Programmatic/Search
    Experience working with marketing tech stacks
    Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
    Experience of attribution and LTV optimisation
