Role context:


We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Planning Executive to join the team working across the Paramount portfolio, specifically Paramount+ and Paramount Channels (e.g C5).

This role sits with our Entertainment department, Wavemaker Play. Entertainment clients are fast paced, creative with a keen eye for detail.

We are looking for someone who can reflect these traits and can bring a new passion for Entertainment brands to continue to drive forward our specialism.


This role will require someone with good organisational skills, who can work with new and existing processes to ensure that the ongoing day to day requirements for the clients are fulfilled.


We are looking for someone who has a head for numbers, a strong command of the written word, a thirst for creativity and an insatiable interest in people.

Key skills

Account Management

  • Help organizing and attending team & client status meetings
  • Updating status reports and sending out status summaries after meetings
  • Assisting with agency partner coordination; organizing all agency meetings, providing plans to clients and creative teams etc.
  • Keeping client schematics up to date and accurate with changes requested from clients and team and timely uploaded on the client's media plan portal.
  • Assisting with client financial processes e.g. Management of PO trackers, ensuring all client approvals are compliant etc.
  • Ensuring reports are sent out post campaign with accuracy, managing relationships with activation teams to achieve this.
  • Meeting with Media Partners to understand their offerings and opportunities.

Support to planning

  • Developing knowledge and (over time) mastering the use of key agency and industry tools and databases, such as TGI, YouGov, AdIntel, Touchpoints, Wavemaker OS, Mintel and so on.
  • Running reports from the above sources, and use them to help the Planning team developing insights around category, brand, competitors, audiences, etc.
  • Actively support the planning team in putting together responses to brief, PCA and other planning related work.

Ensure accuracy and detail in all work

  • Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. excel, power point etc)
  • Establish close working relationship with activation teams, to ensure timely campaign reporting and updates to plans
  • Keep media plans up to date and all tracking systems regulated
  • Respond to internal and external requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when it comes to all key client documentation (including client schematics, PO tracker, reports etc)
