Lead Operative

Pay Rate:
£14.00 per hour £539 weekly

Shift Pattern:
Nights (B shift) 18:00pm 06:00am

Responsibilities as a Lead Operative you will:

  • You will be a support to the team as a first point of call helping the team with questions & training
  • Being trained in all areas of the formulation department to assist and work where needed
  • Hands on working as an operative in the areas, running machines, weighing ingredients


The Compleat Food Group are also looking for people with skills in: manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, despatch, machine operating, and packing.
