Our client, a trusted specialist who provide to domestic households, housing associations and small businesses in the South East, are currently looking to recruit a
Control Room Operatorto join their growing team in
Redhill on a
6 month FTC.

As a
Control Room Operativeyou will be responsible for providing the highest standard of service and communications to their customer base at all times in order to ensure customers are provided with the service they deserve, upholding valuesof Service, Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion and innovation.

Working collaboratively with other departments, direct field teams and contracted service providers regarding all aspects of operational and customer issues.


You will be responsible for monitoring all sites, checking for incidents, alarms etc and relaying back to site/management as well as managing out of hours emergencies.


Offering a competitive basic salary of
£26,000 including shift allowance (OTE £32,000) as well as fantastic benefits, including 23 days holiday, increasing with service, 10% employer contribution towards pension, wellbeing programme, on-siteparking, bonus scheme, uniform provided and so much more.


Due to the role being offered on a 24-hour operation for customers and site staff, a 12 hour shift rota will be in place.

Our client is looking for individuals whom have a minimum of 1 years similar experience, working within a control room environment.

You will be highly IT literate with the ability to make effective decisions based upon current situations.

This will be astand-alone role, so you must have the capability to make sound decisions, be self-motivated and highly organised; remaining calm and working effectively under pressure.


  • Ability to use of GIS and EToN system would be an advantage
  • Ability to use Customer Contact and Billing software would be an advantage
  • Ability to use Company SCADA software
  • Ability to use CCTV system
  • Ability to use Fire alarm system
  • Ability to use Web Based information sites
  • Knowledge of Company Supply Area and Company Systems
