Who we are

Langland, a Publicis Health company, is the only health communications agency that thinks further across Clinical Trial Experience, Medical Strategy & Education, Public Relations & Policy, and Advertising, to create unique value with visionary clients.

What we believe
Health brings us together.

In the diseases we suffer, the medicines we create, and the causes we champion, health shows us our collective humanity.

When we break the barriers that divide us, when we think further, we can create healthier futures, together.

A passion for craft
Having expert thinking is only part of our story.

To ensure excellence in everything we make, we have centred our disciplines around three essential crafts:
science, strategy and creativity.

Job Description:

Are you up for a challenge? We are looking for someone who thinks with their heart and their head.

Someone who is passionate about healthcare and public relations and someone who is committed to doing the right thing by the clients, brands and companies.

We want an associate director to join our brilliant team and you will have a lot of autonomy with this position, reporting directly into the business unit director.

You'll be expected to lead, develop and build client relationships within client organisations to increase visibility of your comms client but also access the broader marketing teams to demonstrate the strategic value we bring to our client partnerships.

You will lead and mentor our hungry and committed talent to retain the low turnover and high staff engagement we're so proud of, and help our team do the best work of their careers

You'll also be part of the Langland PRP management team, as well as joining larger network management discussions where appropriate.

And, you'll be responsible for a chunk of our revenue/forecast, contributing to business development opportunities and taking a key role in pitch and proposal development.

We want someone who is not satisfied with OK and wants to change how we all look at the healthcare world.
