Our client is a leading US law firm and one of the largest in the world.

With over 40 offices located in key capital cities and world commercial and financial centers, they are in a unique position to act on some of the most high profile national and internationalmatters.


To complement the existing team they are looking for able and ambitious finance lawyers with around two to four years' post-qualification experience.


The Team:

  • The global finance team integrates the many disciplines involved in financing and restructuring transactions across markets and industries.
  • The team do a mix of buyside and sellside representation and represent lenders, borrowers, servicers, collateral managers, trustees, rating agencies and investors.
  • They also address the full scope of related regulatory, legal and other issues that arise in complex finance transactions across industries, jurisdictions, and capital markets.

The Role:

  • Will entail dealing with aviation finance, and also some or all of general banking and finance, real estate finance, structured and debt finance, restructuring and Islamic finance.
  • The role will see you working with 6 key partners in the team.
  • The role will focus on secured and unsecured financings and refinancings, sale and leasebacks, operating and finance lease agreements, trading, supply and maintenance services, private equity investments and restructurings.

About You:

  • You will be a qualified lawyer and admitted to practice in England & Wales.
  • You will have good academics and ideally experience from a leading UK/US firm in some or all of the key areas listed above.
