- Experience with Windows and Apple Mac operating systems
- Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive), covering tasks such as managing mailbox limits, permissions, and file/folder access
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, adept at resolving logon issues, including those related to remote or VPN access
- VOIP and MDM software
- Previous helpdesk support and IT Project support experience
- Nice to have – basic TCP/IP/ Networking / Switching / Routing
