    Our client who are in the creative sector, are looking to add to their London IT team. We're seeking a talented 1st Line Support Engineer, who has previous hands-on experience in delivering top-notch user support. This role offers the opportunity for career growth, with exposure to a diverse range of networks and cutting-edge technologies.

    The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a small IT team and is looking to build up their knowledge and exposure within IT.

    Key Technical Proficiencies:

    • Experience with Windows and Apple Mac operating systems
    • Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive), covering tasks such as managing mailbox limits, permissions, and file/folder access
    • Solid understanding of Active Directory, adept at resolving logon issues, including those related to remote or VPN access
    • VOIP and MDM software
    • Previous helpdesk support and IT Project support experience
    • Nice to have – basic TCP/IP/ Networking / Switching / Routing
