Associate - Leveraged Finance - Origination / Execution

Origination, structuring and execution of LBO financing's, covering the full spectrum of small, medium and large-cap LBO transactions for Private Equity funds throughout Europe.

Taking part in customer presentations, be involved in loan syndication as well as in the creation and negotiation of loan agreements.

Profile
Financial services
Proficiency in German mandatory

Business, Economics, or related university degree
Internships in Investment Banking or Management consulting
Practical experience in business and financial analysis, as well financial modelling
