- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in immigration law
- Solid knowledge of UK immigration and refugee law, EEA immigration law, Home Office Policy and case law
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively, as well as work independently or as part of a team
- Good client-care and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is an advantage
- Right to work in the UK

Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Immigration Consultant located in London. The role entails advising clients on immigration issues, asylum and nationality cases, conducting legal research, instructing experts and liaising with the Home Office and visa centres around the world. Taking instructions, delivering a plan, providing legal representation in court, maintaining client files, and other duties associated with managing a caseload.
