    We are on the lookout for a Finance professional to join our Kitt Green site as Financial Controller on a fixed-term basis until January 2025. This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, optimise our financial performance, and directly impact the bottom line for one of the country's best known and well-loved Food & Beverage brands

    Be the Numbers Guru:

    • Lead the Charge: Be responsible for all financial aspects of the site, from budgets and forecasts to cost control and compliance.
    • Strategise for Growth: Partner with the Site Leadership Team to develop and implement financial strategies that propel us forward.
    • Dive Deep into Data: Analyse financial performance, identify improvement areas, and drive operational efficiency.
    • Tech Master: Be an expert in SAP ERP & Power BI, applying it to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
    • Mentor & Lead: Supervise and guide your finance team, encouraging a collaborative and high-performing environment.

    Are You the Numbers Wizard We Seek?

    • Finance Powerhouse: experience as a Finance Manager / Business Partner / Controller in FMCG or similar industry would be desirable, and experience controlling within a manufacturing facility would be an essential.
    • Sharp Strategist: Proven ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
    • Data Detective: A keen eye for identifying trends and optimizing costs through data analysis.
    • Tech-Savvy Master: Proficiency in SAP ERP is an essential.
    • Leadership: The ability to motivate, guide, and empower your finance team will be key to success in this role.
    • Communication Champion: Collaborative and articulate, excelling at communication across all levels.
