IN2Consult / Commercial Management Accountant / up to £50,000 pa / 12 month FTCIN2Consult are partnering with a well established property development & housing company who are on the lookout for a Management Accountant to join their team for the next 12 months.
This role will have a lot of business partnering so the successful candidate will need to have a good level of commercial acumen.
For the right candidate they can offer up to £50,000 pa & the role offers 1/2 days of office working per week.
Business partner with our internal stakeholders and Joint Venture partners to ensure accurate project appraisal models and receipt of timely information.
To act as a financial lead for your projects in supporting Development and the business through the governance process.
To produce monthly reconciliations and notes to the financial statements, ensuring that financial and accounting records are accurately reflected in the accounting systems.
To assist in the production of annual statutory financial statements, notes to statements and to liaise with external auditors during interim and annual audits.
Provide quarterly forecast of expected outturn and assisting in monitoring their budgets.Commercial acumen
~ Background in property, real estate or housing
~ Strong MS Excel skills & good MS Word skills
~5 + years of management accounting experience
~IN2Consult / Commercial Management Accountant / up to £50,000 pa / 12 month FTC
