Head of Finance | Independent Brand Design Agency | Central London


Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with an Independent Strategic Brand Design Agency, supporting with their search for a Head of Finance to join their rapidly growing team out of their Central London offices.


With a turnover around £25mill, a 180-person headcount, and offices in 5 international locations, the business has invested massively in the finance team over the last two years as they look to expand to a further 2 international locations over the next18-24 months.

The agency covers all bases of brand design including digital, content, innovation, film & packaging to produce award-winning work for their highly reputable client base.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of a budget and monitoring actual cost and revenue performance against it
  • Establishing complete, efficient, and robust controls and processes
  • Assist with the production of annual statutory accounts
  • Weekly WIP meetings with the account's teams
  • Business partnering with the leadership team
  • Assist in consolidation of group entities
  • Long term P&L forecasting
  • Line manage a team of
  • Lead on the commercials for their biggest client

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

  • Agency experience
  • Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
  • Engaging and excellent communication skills
  • Sense of humour / positive approach to work and problem solving

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience in both group agency and SME
  • Understanding of group principles & audit

Salary:
£85,000 - £100,000 + bonus + share options
