- As Industry Technical Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping to develop and drive improvements in both data quality and processes, identifying key report requirements on our operational undertakings and industry compliance.
You'll be leading on any system fixes or developments by capturing examples of failing processes or data flows and working with the Industry Operations Manager to drive prioritisation of these with our CRM provider.
Steering and supporting on data cleanse projects that will contribute to improved data accuracy and operational process success and working to support wider business project delivery where expertise may be required to support successful implementation.
Accountabilities:
- Leading on key data cleanse activities for both gas and electricity, with support from specialists within the Industry Ops area and 3rd parties.
- Providing technical support for CRM related process issues and failures and own development requirements; owning and maintaining the Technical Issue Tracker developed to monitor progress and enable correct prioritisation and visibility to key stakeholders.
- Providing support to our Customer Operation Teams with technical industry queries, whether as part of change projects or daytoday operations.
- Adhoc process mapping and refinement of existing training material.
- As Technical Specialist, supporting with updates to our training portal along with other Ops Leads, by refining and improving training documentation for existing and new processes to ensure that all Ops teams have clear and uptodate information.
Have I got what it takes?
- You'll understand both gas and electric dataflows and core industry processes and be datadriven focus with ability to engage with key 3rd parties to support with bulk data correction.
If you have experience within the energy industry and strong excel skills and the ability to conduct and review data, please don't hesitate to apply.
Desirables:
- Technical understanding of Kraken CRM and process events
- Strong excel skills and the ability to conduct data reconciliation and review
- Experience with project delivery or analysis of business requirements

- Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire just a twominute walk from the train station, with fast connections to Bath, Bristol, Swindon and the surrounding areas.
We offer hybrid and remote working and aim for one team anchor collaboration day in the office once per month, or quarter (dependent on how far afield you live).
