We are recruiting for a Mental Health Practitioner who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS.

You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards great people, great place.


We are looking for someone to provide high quality care and treatment in conjunction with a team of other professionals, working in partnership with other agencies to provide seamless and flexible services which meet the needs of the service user and carer.

The post holder will be responsible, together with the wider team, for providing care, interventions and health promotion to people with severe mental health problems in the community


The post holder will also be supported to work as an autonomous practitioner by senior colleagues, as well as taking all opportunities to become actively involved in training and teaching programmes, both within the Trust and the wider community.
