Credit Controller - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Tunbridge Wells - Hybrid Working

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Do you have experience working in a Credit Control based role?

Are you available immediately and looking for a new role?

We are working with our client based in Tunbridge Wells to recruit a Credit Controller / Income Manager to join their team initially on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Experience in housing would be desirable but is not essential.

Key Duties

Maintaining a portfolio of debt recovery cases
Monitoring and implementing payment plans for those tenants in arrears and ensuring they are kept up to date
Instructing third parties where required to continue to chase the debt

Your Knowledge...

Prior experience of working within the housing sector (Desirable).
Experience working within an arrears management service or comparable financial / credit control background
Experience corresponding with Courts, Solicitors and debt collection agencies
Awareness of GDPR and legislation relevant to debt recovery
