I'm currently partnered with a leading global insurance firm who are searching for Data Engineering Analyst to join their growing team.

The role sits with a newly defined data function with exciting expansion plans for the future. My client is seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineering Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, databases, and analytical systems that drive business insights and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support for the design, construction and maintenance of data.
• Coordinating data projects depending on existing methods, processes and tools.
• Advises stakeholders and actively clarifies their expectations and requirements.
• Ability to assume responsibility for change, communication, quality and risk management
• Translating data, analysis and commentary into a format for presentation to senior management.

The ideal candidate:

• Great communication skills, the ability to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts.
• Excellent analytical skills (capable of understanding complex data structures, organizing and structure data extracts).
• High attention to detail including a commitment to accuracy of work.
• Ability to work independently and resolve complex problems.
