Our client, a top financial markets' organisation, is searching for a QA Lead to take responsibility for the Testing and QA function and to manage a small team. The successful candidate will have a solid Test and QA background with recent experience in a financial markets' environment ideally with a good understanding of Index and Reference Data. You will also need:

• Experience with Test Automation
• CI/CD
• AWS
• Test frameworks (Selenium WebDriver)
• Project tracking software
• Version control systems (e.g. Git or Mercurial)
• Good leadership ability
• Strong communication skills and ability to face off to senior management
• Strong problem solving skills
