Our client, a Big 4 consulting firm, is hiring for a Senior Manager level Business Information Security Officer. With a focus on protecting a business with over 200,000 professionals worldwide the UK Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team works closely with business leadership + stakeholders to understand their business model and roadmap for technology, acting as the primary interface between the business and the global security organisation

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager for our Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team. Your role is instrumental in aligning business objectives with security strategy and ensuring ongoing policy compliance.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business senior leadership.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for business teams.
Lead security projects and hygiene sprints.
Identify and mitigate information security risks, collaborating with dedicated teams.
Guide business teams through security assessment processes and provide risk guidance.
Collaborate closely with BISO Team Leader, UK CISO, and Deputy CISO on key projects.

Proven experience in senior information security or cyber roles.
Experience implementing change in cybersecurity behavior.
Knowledge of risk assurance and technical security principles.
Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Join their team and play a vital role in shaping the cybersecurity landscape of a leading global firm.
