    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst, Reconciliation to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - HYBRID.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
    • Deciphering complex exceptions and performing root-cause analysis on why exceptions exist.
    • Analysing trends, entering reconciliation data and ensuring proper aging.
    • Assisting more junior level support staff in identifying more complex differences.
    • Communicating complex break reports to either internal groups within the firm or correspondents outside the firm and monitoring resolution.
    • Assisting in daily, weekly and monthly reporting using an understanding of the stock record and knowledge of basic accounting. Assisting with regulatory reporting.
    • Conducts technical testing and the implementation of reconciliation software. Receives guidance from more experienced staff.
    • Completes the data analysis of Reconciliations for trending and opportunities for automation.
    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
    • High School/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • 3-5 years of total work experience.
    • Experience in brokerage/banking operations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with data consistency and correctness
    • Ability to work under pressure while consistently meeting tight deadlines
