    Main Responsibilities -

    • Spearhead the formulation of strategic plans and annual budgets for the organization's Digital Marketing & Fundraising division, incorporating the creation of financial models, establishment of business cases, and diligent monitoring of budgets with regular updates to forecasts
    • Cultivate an environment of excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through a methodology of testing, learning, and iteration
    • Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes and ensure swift implementation of actions
    • Take charge of overseeing and evaluating the performance of our media agency, collaborating closely with the Paid Media Manager to devise a digital media strategy aligned with predetermined KPIs
    • Assume a leadership role in fostering collaboration among stakeholders throughout the organisation, integrating disparate digital marketing initiatives (owned and earned) to streamline efforts and maximise both effectiveness and efficiency

    Requirements -

    • Vast expertise in developing, executing, and refining digital strategies and user experiences aimed at driving sales or fundraising results
    • Demonstrated track record in planning digital channel initiatives and effectively monitoring performance
    • Proficient in budget oversight, encompassing the establishment of comprehensive annual and campaign budgets and strategic planning
    • Familiarity with CRM and related systems to support relational fundraising efforts
