Head of Finance

SW London

Up to £75,000 + Bonus - 40 hours a week and benefits such as flexible working, free lunch, parking on site and many more

As Head of Finance you will be responsible for all financial tasks and hold financial responsibility of the company, this role has the scope to move into a Finance Director role in the future

Main responsibilities:

Monthly management accounts and conducts reviews with relevant departments.
Weekly flash reports to the board.
Financial forecasting
Provide recommendations for investments and conduct risk assessment.
Profit and cost analyst with operation team.
General commercial reporting and management of systems.
System and process development alongside sales and operations.
Reporting venue sales commission, revenues and future bookings.
Managing supplier commission payments.

Person specification:

5 years experience Finance and Accounting.
A senior financial role in a hospitality business.
Ability and desire to contribute to, and own commercial finance and reporting.
Experience in managing people.
Strong Excel skills.
Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets and ability to work under pressure.
