We are seeking a skilled, committed and articulate Estimator to one of our clients based in Darlington, working on Commercial Refurbs prodominantly in and around the North East.
The successful candidate will have strong planning and organisational skills, as well as an ability to manage time effectively. The Estimator is responsible for collecting, evaluating and integrating data to create detailed estimates of projects. The Estimator must work quickly, efficiently and creatively to help meet deadlines and accomplish all deliverables successfully.Review the company's policies and procedures.
Discuss building plans with engineers and architects.
Inspect building structures.
Manage subcontractors.
Prepare estimates for material, labor, and travel costs.
Manage and control project budget.
