    Job Description:


    After a successful trial with regional partners we are on the lookout for an ambitious Partner Program Manager to lead the charge in scaling our new partner-driven sales channel.

    This role is pivotal in scouting and securing new partners, devising incentive structures that motivate performance, and working with internal stakeholders to oversee the growth of this network to boost sales of Giraffe360 cameras and subscriptions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Partner Acquisition:
    Scout, recruit, and manage new partnerships with a sharp eye for candidates who can amplify our reach and drive sales

    Innovative Commission Design:
    Craft and implement compelling commission structures that effectively align with our strategic goals and excite our partners

    Performance Management:
    Monitor partner activities, analyze performance data, and implement strategies from leadership to optimize sales outcomes

    Development and Training:
    Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to roll out top-tier training programs that ramp up partner capabilities swiftly, ensuring high standards and fast-track success

    Requirements:
    Proven expertise in working on projects with dispersed teams.
    Experience working with affiliate programs within a sales-centric or MLM environment.
    Strong analytical acumen, adept at organising performance metrics and implementing feedback from Leadership Teams.
    Technical Proficiency Preferably CRM and sales analytics tools.
    Exceptional communication capabilities, equipped to motivate and manage a dispersed team.
