Job Introduction

DACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Compliance Officer to join our
Finance team on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis in our centrally located Bristol office.

Main Responsibilities

Auditing transactions posted by finance team and matter files looking for breaches or potential breaches of Solicitors Accounts Rules
Running reports which help identify breaches or potential breaches of Solicitors Accounts Rules
Liaising with external auditors and regulators if required
Work towards the Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM) Diploma qualification
Experience of working in Legal accounts is highly advantageous, but not essential
Selfmotivation, determination and confidence in their abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and good organisational skills
Excellent problemsolving skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines, and under pressure
Good written and oral communication skills
An understanding of legal terminology would also be advantageous
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
