Job Description:

Receiving customer inquiries, promptly responding in a professional and timely manner
Provide extraordinary customer service
Build relationships with new clients and successfully guide them through the onboarding process
Support and work with your sales team to drive business and results
Reengage with lapsed customers to gain feedback and generate innovative ideas on how to improve customer service and retention
Polite, professional, and confident communicator
Outstanding written/verbal skills
Be organised and have exceptional diary management
Go above and beyond for your customers and team
