    As a Customer Service Administrator you'll be doing one of the most important jobs in our company - looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, getting to know what they need, and most importantly, finding out how we can help them.

    In this role you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service whilst using product knowledge and expertise. Your days will be spent communicating with customers on the telephone, via email and responding to website requests. You'll manage an order from enquiry to post-delivery feedback, taking ownership of the order process and building relationships with regular customers. You'll ensure we deliver the very best service to our customers and that we continue to improve our offerings.

    Role Specific Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure customer requests and orders are processed and concluded in a timely manner to our customers' satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and problems in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
  • Carry out daily activities in line with the Company's policies, procedures, and processes, updating appropriate records and performing appropriate transactions.
  • Support field-based sales and support staff in their roles
  • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to satisfy our customers' needs in an efficient and effective manner, and your ability to accurately follow and improve the company's processes.

    Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably handling in-bound order/sales enquiries
  • Experience in developing and utilising product knowledge, eager to understand our product range and the wider business
  • Exceptional communication skills. You'll have the ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external customers
  • An effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, you'll enjoy a varied work day in a busy operational environment where you'll manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, puts forward and acts on suggestions to improve processes and service levels
  • A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages. You'll embrace learning new IT systems and enjoy making the most of technology in your job role
