Job Introduction

We are looking for a Client Support Services Ambassador to join our team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts near Canary Wharf.

The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a crucial role in delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests, offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience.


_This is a part-time, permanent role (32 hours per week, 8 hours per day), on a shift rota basis from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM._

Although your primarily work location is in London, you may be required to cover the service in the region. _W_
e offer excellent benefits, such as subsidised meals, lunch allowance while on duty, discounted membership for the onsite gym. If you are required to work in a different location, we will also cover your travel cost, accommodation, and dinner.

Main responsibilities

  • Being responsible for client services, reservations, restaurant hosting, and administrative duties
  • Ensuring all guests receive a personalised and professional welcome
  • Ensuring impeccable presentation of the area
  • Working cohesively with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensuring all client and guest requirements are exceeded during their visit

  • Be welcoming, energetic, highly organised, excellent in planning, confident, innovative, passionate about service
  • Have excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of the team and create rapport with key stakeholders
  • Display operational effectiveness and ensure all standards are adhered to
  • Ideally have at least 2 years of customer service experience within a 5* development or corporate background
