BCL Legal is partnering with a strong national law firm in the recruitment of a commercial litigation solicitor (Senior Associate/Principal Associate) to join its highly regarded commercial litigation team in Birmingham.


The team has an excellent reputation and are known for their flexible, rigorous and practical approach to their clients needs.

The Role

  • Commercial Litigation Solicitor 4PQE +
  • You will join a busy team handling heavyweight commercial litigation.
  • You will work alongside Legal 500 recommended Partners and Associates.
  • Varied caseload of heavyhitting contentious commercial matters including sports work, obtaining of emergency interim relief, supervising search orders, shareholder disputes and much more.
  • Handling highprofile and highvalue disputes with crossborder elements.
  • Strong commercial experience at a reputable firm.
  • Excellent relationship and client handling skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
