Our client is a creative agency based in Hove and they are seeking a Midweight Studio/Project Manager.

Hybrid working - 2 days in office / 3 remote

Seaside location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach

Are you a dynamic individual with 2+ years of experience in a creative agency, ideally a digital design studio? Its a pivotal role in coordinating their digital design projects and being the primary point of contact for their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation, traffic, and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout projects.
• Develop project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Continuously refine internal processes for workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Highly organised with exceptional personal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AirTable, Linear).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
• Passionate about the creative process and eager to share knowledge.
