Our client is a family run Estate Agent in Liverpool and they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team.

They are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about property.

Job Description

• Registering applicants (both sales and lettings).
• Arranging viewings for sales and lettings properties.
• Repairs
• Repairs

invoicing

• Liaising with contractors Generating invoices
• Property inspections
• Rent guarantee renewal and tenant evict renewals
• Renewal of tenancies
• Renewals of tenancy let only.
• Checkout repair quotations / disputes
• Moving out letters
• Redecoration requests
• Serving Notices
• Rent Arrears
• Deposit releases

The candidate

• Previous property management experience
• ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills
• Organised
• Passionate about property
