- Perform fault rectification and repair of any installed equipment using diagnostic processes to assess failure.
- Produce timely and accurate reports on the Jira fault system to ensure that SLAs are achieved and chargeable works are advised.
- Upload software code and configuration to on vehicle equipment and on street equipment as necessary.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance of on-vehicle, on-street, Rail Validators, and radio equipment according to schedule.
- To support and carry out bus surveys and risk assessments, producing method statements to allow a safe system of work.
- Install on-vehicle equipment, Rail Validators, and on-street hardware.
- Experience within an electrical/technical installation/maintenance environment.
- Able to work in a deadline focused environment, meeting tight installation or fault response deadlines
- Competent in electrical/electronic engineering with relevant qualification or demonstrable experience in field electronics
- Full clean UK driving license
