Electrical Field Service Engineer
The role is will be based around Bradford / Leeds with most of the work covering Bradford so candidates in thei slocation would be prefered

We're on the hunt for a motivated, technically minded Field Service Engineer to support, maintain and improve products and ancillary equipment.

Your day to day work will include corrective and preventative maintenance.

Your primary objective will be to satisfy customer requirements and ensure customer /company SLA and KPI targets and contractual obligations are fully achieved.

This permanent role services the Leicestershire region.

What will you be responsible for:

• Perform fault rectification and repair of any installed equipment using diagnostic processes to assess failure.
• Produce timely and accurate reports on the Jira fault system to ensure that SLAs are achieved and chargeable works are advised.
• Upload software code and configuration to on vehicle equipment and on street equipment as necessary.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance of on-vehicle, on-street, Rail Validators, and radio equipment according to schedule.
• To support and carry out bus surveys and risk assessments, producing method statements to allow a safe system of work.
• Install on-vehicle equipment, Rail Validators, and on-street hardware.

What does our ideal candidate look like:

• Experience within an electrical/technical installation/maintenance environment.
• Able to work in a deadline focused environment, meeting tight installation or fault response deadlines
• Competent in electrical/electronic engineering with relevant qualification or demonstrable experience in field electronics
• Full clean UK driving license
