Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities will entail the following:

Principal Accountabilities:

Ensuring software updates and patches are completed within standard SLAs.
Participates in technical documentation and identify areas that need new or updated documentation
Provides administrative functions including the development and enforcement of procedural & technical documentation, IT policy recommendations, & hardware asset management.
Provides technical guidance to Desktop Support & helpdesk staff in resolving support issues.
Identify and improve existing technology and processes.
Participates in R&D of new technology and areas such as selfservice/automation.
Problem ownership for escalated issues

Skills & Software Requirements:

Subject matter expert with Windows OS; strong understanding of Mac OSX;
Solid understanding of SCCM and Windows Update process and JAMF (essential)
Mac scripting knowledge and previous experience
Indepth knowledge of end user devices and the associated technology to support end user workstations
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Ability to work on your own to successfully resolve issues while updating management and colleagues from teams around the globe
Problem solving and the ability to identify potential problems in advance and proposing solution
