    "We are seeking a highly organised, research-driven detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Podcast Guest Booking Manager. The Podcast Guest Booking Manager will be responsible for managing guests appearing on the podcasts including high profile talent and experts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a high profile setting. Regular international travel will be required to ensure the Podcast Guest Booking and experience is of the highest standard end to end for everyone involved

    Researching suitable guests and bidding for interviews, through a data-informed and trend focussed approach
    tracking release forms to be signed, booking taxis, hotels and flights for guests, sending gifts to guests/pr's, organising events
    Diary management, eg. fitting podcast recordings in around the podcast hosts and guests busy schedule
    Creating and writing the email newsletter with updates to our contacts
    Ability to analyse social, search, cultural and audience trends to create a data-informed guest booking strategy
    Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
    Willingness to attend out of hours recordings e.g. late recordings or weekends
    Ability and willingness to develop and maintain a good network of contacts
    Exceptional commitment to organisation and organisational tools and software to ensure working priorities are tightly managed
    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, which can regularly require working outside of Monday-Friday
    A keen interest in AI & examples of how it has or will create optimal Podcast Guest Booking and Guest Management outcomes
    Budget management skills
