Logistics OutboundMaintain the daily Outbound orders report, ensuring that all orders are booked, collect / shipped on TimeMonitors and tracks order aging against SLA's

• Time & CostReport Carrier Performance for all Channels on weekly basisAssist in developing the Customer Bible specific to OutboundMaintain Carrier Relationship for all suppliersAssist in checking outbound cost for all suppliersLead Booking In with customers & developing documentsPrepare shipping documents.

Filing and storing up-to-date documents.
Create invoices and bills. Logistics InboundResponsible for accurate and timely co-ordination of Inbound Trailers / Purchases ordersAssist with supporting on closing systematically all POReporting all Inbound failures with Sourcing & Finance Working HoursThe Role is 5 days a week / 40 HoursThe Operations within 3PL is active from Sunday to Friday - Non Peak & 7 Days Operation in Peak ( Nov & December)

The Operation hours within 3PL is from 6:30 - 22:00 HoursThe Operation manager will define the Shift Pattern & working hours accordingly.

The role is based out of Dunstable Warehouse
