- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Marketing team, specifically within the Marketing Insights team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising team events.
- Maintain regular communication with Client Partners and Reviewing Partners to facilitate client feedback collection and review.
- Serve as the central point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication within the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency within the marketing operations function.
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, liaising with vendors, finance, and procurement teams as necessary.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues, particularly within the Marketing Insights team, to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or operations coordination is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, with advanced Excel skills desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in marketing and data insights/research, with a strong aptitude for using Excel.
- Must have good Excel skills, with proficiency in data visualization techniques desirable.
