Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (involves Marketing Administration/Insights)

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Marketing team, specifically within the Marketing Insights team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising team events.
• Maintain regular communication with Client Partners and Reviewing Partners to facilitate client feedback collection and review.
• Serve as the central point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency within the marketing operations function.
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, liaising with vendors, finance, and procurement teams as necessary.
• Collaborate with Marketing colleagues, particularly within the Marketing Insights team, to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in administrative support or operations coordination is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, with advanced Excel skills desirable.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Interest in marketing and data insights/research, with a strong aptitude for using Excel.
• Must have good Excel skills, with proficiency in data visualization techniques desirable.
