Assembly Operative

This position is working as part of a team in the build of Electrical sub stations.

You will be required to carry out Heavy Electrical & Mechanical assembly work , using heavy duty hand tools, and general assembly, other knowledge applicants could possess are as follows;

  • Hands on experience of electrical and/or mechanical assemblies
  • Ability to work from initial task brief and little supervision thereafter.
  • Reliable, strong work ethic and organisational skills
  • Carry out Quality and testing checks
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and work from them.
  • Use of industrial tools would be an advantage


Hours of work will be standard working days from 14.30 to 23.00 Monday to Thursday & Friday 11.00 to 16.

00

(37 hour week)

Applicants will be given full training.
