Construction Lawyer (mixed role) 2+ To £££This popular City firm with a well-regarded construction department is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their team.
The department acts for real estate developers, housebuilders, property investment companies, contractors, sub-contractors, and major engineering consultancies as well as high value residential construction projects.
You will be handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including drafting construction contracts, including consultant appointments and collateral warranties and working on UK adjudications and Technology and Construction Court (TCC) Litigation.
Enjoy a broad-ranging caseload including final account and delay claims, quality of build claims, construction insolvency, bond claims, ACM cladding, other fire safety defects claims, professional indemnity and other insurance-related claims.
