We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised person to join our Generalist Core Advice Team.

This vital role supports the local community both in our Tower Street Offices and also a day a week in the Local Yorkshire Building Society.

Demands on Citizens Advice services have increased requiring the increased capacity to work alongside our volunteer workforce.

We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, proactive, highly organised, and with strong attention to detail.

We record details on our Case Management System, so you will need to be able to work to a high level of accuracy when recording information and following procedures.

We work closely together on cases, so the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

We would consider someone with the appropriate skills and ability aspiring to be an Adviser as a trainee
