The Role:
The successful Project Manager will helm a dedicated team, driving the completion of a complex and bespoke residential project.
With your expertise, you will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring excellence, timely delivery, and adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.
The Project Manager will:
Possess in–depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and quality standards.
Show a strong portfolio of completed projects in Central London, reflecting your capability to handle luxury bespoke builds.
Hold relevant construction management qualifications, alongside a CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
Competitive salary package ( 65,000 – 75,000, DOE)
