Job Title: Online Digital Marketing Manager

Reports to: CEO

Location: Office Based - Pinchbeck, Spalding

Part Time : 22.5 hours per week

Salary : Up to £55K (pro-rata) - plus £15K bonus pa (pro-rata)

You will be responsible for developing and executing the content strategy for our digital platforms, ensuring that our online presence effectively communicates our brand message, engages our target audience and drives business objectives.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads.Creating compelling and top-tier content for our website, updating visuals, videos and graphics among other elements.
You will be responsible for generating leads to our business.

The Individual :
3 years + relative marketing experience, particularly lead generating
You will be successful in hitting targets based on cover generation and improving the website's footprint
You will possess a passion for social media and content creation
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM and social media marketing.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas to Board level.
Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
A clear understanding of how to generate leads to our business.
Strong copy writing skills to improve ongoing SEO optimisation

PSP IT Design and Development :
PSP is a digital agency based in Spalding, who focus heavily on design, rebranding, website and bespoke software development as well as legacy system support and maintenance.
