Seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator with a strong understanding of day to day maintenance and its requirements.This position will be reporting into our maintenance supervisor and will be responsible for coordinating activities and supporting the engineering maintenance team.

Description Coordinate and assist SSOW/ Risk Assessment/ SOP / COSHH review and development. Coordinate all contractor permits, inductions, risk assessments, method statements, keeping contractor database updated and files stored correctly. Receive, identify and store appropriately engineering materials/spares.Maintain stock levels on all items and order replacements as required, perform scheduled stock checks and audit spares transaction activity.
Work with the maintenance supervisor to prepare planned maintenance activities and maximise productivity of maintenance engineers - parts, permits, RAMS, schedules etc.
Liaise with third parties to find solutions to non-critical engineering issues. Monitor purchase orders to ensure they are closed out to set timescales.Profile A successful Maintenance Coordinator should have:
